| Mohanpal Sidhu attended BSc. Geology & Soil Sciences programme at Osmania University, Hyderabad, India (1961). Subsequently, he has undertaken several senior management qualifications from Administrative Staff College, India; Indian Institute of Management (IIM Ahmedabad); University of California, Berkeley, USA. His experience over that last 38 years spans various industries and includes projects in plantations management, manufacturing, housing development, engineering design, and Geographical Information Systems (GIS), CAPEX planning, and has held several Board level positions with prominent transnational organizations. Prior to founding Milagro Harvest Pvt. Ltd., Mohanpal Sidhu was Jt. Managing Director at the Assam Company Ltd., the oldest tea company in the world (established under Charter from the British Parliament in 1839). He has also held the position of Vice Chairman Tea Research Association of India and has been a registered consultant with the World Bank and on the Executive Committee of several not for profit institutions. |

She has also worked as an interior designer and space planning professional and currently heads and manages Tusvina Design Studio. Paramdeep has had several years experience in managing offshore projects for global customers in the area of graphics design, multimedia development and interactive media. Prior to his joining Milagro Interactive Technologies, Paramdeep has managed and coordinated project teams of application developers, instructional designers, graphics designers and subject matter experts to successfully deliver projects in the area of application development, interactive media development and technology based learning solutions. He has also had substantial experience in implementing standards such as SCORM and AICC for the development of CBT/WBT solutions for world leaders British Telecom, Fujitsu (UK), GSK (USA). He currently heads all project deliveries at Milagro Interactive Technologies. |

He brings more than 14 years of professional experience in the area of mechanical drafting, tools design, machinery design and in the planning of industrial layouts through the implementation of computer aided technology. | Manikant Kujur attended the Bachelors of Commerce programme at the Jabalpur University, before moving into the area of 3D design & animation in year 2000. He then completed his Advanced Diploma in 3D Graphics and Animation from the Maya Institute of Advance Cinematics (MAAC) in New Delhi in 2002. He also attended the product training (multimedia) certificate course in 3D graphics and design from Discreet's training centre in New Delhi, in 2003 to obtain the Discreet Certified 3D Studio Max Professional qualifications.
Over the last 9 years he has worked to develop multimedia solutions and 3D graphics for several customers, and in 2004, he became an active participant in international 3D competitions. His 3D character, Jasmine, has become an official model for Miss Digital World in early 2005. He has had several years of experience working with tools such as 3D Studio, Character Studio, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Maya, Fruity Loops, Flash, Combustion, Corel Draw, Sound Forge, Acid Music, SoundTrax and Foley Studio etc. Manikant Kujur looks after the 3D design and Character Animation projects at Milagro Interactive Technologies. |
